What's the process?
We engage in weekly one-on-one phone sessions to identify where you want to be in terms of your business success. We'll work on strategies, action plans and tracking to get the results you want. I can often see the "piece that's missing" or opportunity that is being overlooked.

Why you?
I have the appropriate training, years of experience and above all else, a passion for my clients to be successful. I will get to know your strengths, challenges, goals and the obstacles you face. I will offer recommendations, and make suggestions - not just ask you questions. My goal is to help you recognize the strength and power you have to make things happen.

While co-workers, spouses, parents and siblings all have well-meaning intentions, the relationship is too close to provide you with the honest insight you may need to succeed. As an objective third party, I will do that.

When I call for a free consultation, what happens?

We would agree on a mutually convenient evening and time to talk about the program I offer. I'll ask you some questions to understand your needs and goals and talk about how I can help you achieve those goals. You can then decide if you want to work with me.

What are your fees?

There are different plans depending upon:

What if I have my consultation and I decide I don't want coaching?

There is no obligation or high pressure sales pitch with the call. Quite frankly, I want to work with individuals and companies who are enthusiastic and driven. If I try to convince someone that coaching is for them, it doesn't work. You have to recognize the value in achieving your goals faster than if you were to go it alone.

What tools and techniques does a coach use? Why not just get help from a friend?

For most of us, our relationships and business/career are two of the most important things in life. Often, the happiness of other people in our lives is tied to its success. You wouldn't usually have a friend who doesn't have the appropriate training or experience fix your TV, repair your car, or manage your investments, would you?

I'm trained to listen on a deeper level and to get a clear and objective understanding of what is going on. I use proven techniques and tools designed to move you ahead and spark your thought process to find solutions.

I see that coaching is typically done over the phone. Why is that?

Coaching can take place on the phone OR in person. Most clients prefer coaching over the phone because it allows for more flexibility. You can schedule it when you have privacy and fewer distractions. Many people find they are more comfortable talking from home. Just pick up your phone. You don't have to get dressed up and commute to and from an appointment. Coaches are professionally trained to listen so that coaching over the phone is very effective. And it doesn't matter where you live.
