Prior to starting my own business, I spent more than 20 years in the health care industry in Corporate America in communications, sales and marketing. Previous experience includes finance and investor relations in the manufacturing and publishing industries as well. However, when I made the decision to start my own business, I was not fully prepared for the challenges that were ahead. I was not working smart. I hired a business coach to help me sort through the worry, frustration and fear that was preventing me from accomplishing and getting the freedom I sought from owning my own business.

Now I use the experience of being in corporate America and owning my own business to help my clients grow their business so that they can live the life they want.

Throughout my professional life, I have been recognized for enhancing the development of people to achieve optimal performance and satisfaction in their chosen field. My passion and advocacy for positive change and a can do attitude has made a difference in my clients' lives. I have assisted my clients with identifying and enhancing their skills, resources and creativity to achieve the results they want for their businesses and their life.

I am a member of the Council of Communication Management, the International Coach Federation, the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association, Toastmasters International, the Healthcare Business Women's Association, the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the current President of the Business Networking International.
